Sonzai provides voice knowledge management and audio content processing services, including transcription, summarization, and organization of audio content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Sonzai offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
All payments for Sonzai subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/terms and Privacy Policy available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and subscription management. You will receive invoices and billing communications directly from Paddle. For billing inquiries or payment issues, please contact Paddle's support team.
Paddle automatically calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, and other taxes based on your location. The prices displayed during checkout include all applicable taxes.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Sonzai. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sonzai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled by Paddle according to their policies and our Refund Policy.
Sonzai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, billing disputes and payment issues are handled directly by Paddle.
Refunds and cancellations are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Paddle's Terms of Service for information about subscription refunds and cancellations. All refund requests should be directed to Paddle's customer support.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
